Durante 3 meses, vais integrar uma equipa especializada em IT Recruitment e participar num programa intensivo de aprendizagem, onde terás contacto direto com projetos reais, clientes e candidatos, desenvolvendo competências técnicas e comportamentais fundamentais para o sucesso nesta área.

O teu percurso na Academy

Ao longo do programa terás formação e acompanhamento contínuo em áreas como:

Introdução ao mercado tecnológico e às diferentes áreas de IT.

Técnicas de sourcing e Talent Attraction.

LinkedIn, Manatal e outras ferramentas especializadas de recrutamento.

Candidate Experience e gestão da relação com candidatos.

Técnicas de entrevista e avaliação de competências.

Comunicação e negociação.

Acompanhamento de processos de recrutamento de A a Z.

Shadowing e formação on-the-job com Consultores Seniores.

Participação em projetos reais desde o primeiro dia.

Recém-licenciados ou finalistas de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou áreas similares.

Interesse pelo mundo do recrutamento e pelo mercado tecnológico.

Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

Espírito de iniciativa, curiosidade e vontade de aprender.

Proatividade, responsabilidade e orientação para resultados.

Bons conhecimentos de inglês serão valorizados.
