A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Project Manager para integrar uma empresa tecnológica na zona de Aveiro, dedicada ao desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções nas áreas de Telecomunicações, Redes IP, IoT e conectividade.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência na gestão de projetos tecnológicos, capaz de coordenar equipas multidisciplinares, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros, garantindo a execução dos projetos dentro dos prazos, orçamento e requisitos definidos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gerir todo o ciclo de vida de projetos complexos nas áreas de Telecomunicações e IoT;
  • Assegurar a execução dos projetos dentro do âmbito, prazo, orçamento e níveis de qualidade definidos;
  • Definir o âmbito, objetivos, entregáveis, requisitos e recursos necessários para cada projeto;
  • Elaborar planos de projeto faseados, estabelecendo atividades, dependências, milestones e prazos;
  • Coordenar equipas internas, fornecedores, parceiros e restantes stakeholders envolvidos;
  • Acompanhar o progresso dos projetos e assegurar o respetivo reporting junto dos clientes e equipas internas;
  • Gerir alterações ao âmbito, planeamento e custos dos projetos através de processos formais de controlo;
  • Identificar e acompanhar riscos, antecipando constrangimentos e implementando ações de mitigação;
  • Resolver de forma proativa problemas e bloqueios que possam comprometer a execução dos projetos;
  • Assegurar uma comunicação próxima e estruturada com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros;
  • Garantir o alinhamento entre as necessidades do negócio, os requisitos técnicos e os objetivos do projeto.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura em Telecomunicações, Engenharia, Gestão, Tecnologias de Informação ou área semelhante;
  • Experiência profissional comprovada em gestão de projetos nos setores de Telecomunicações, IT ou Redes;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de metodologias tradicionais de gestão de projetos, nomeadamente Waterfall;
  • Experiência no planeamento de projetos faseados, gestão de dependências e acompanhamento de milestones;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos ou experiência em redes Wi-Fi, IP Networking, IoT, soluções de comunicação e CCTV;
  • Experiência na coordenação de equipas técnicas multidisciplinares;
  • Capacidade para gerir fornecedores, parceiros externos e clientes;
  • Boa visão de negócio e capacidade para estabelecer a ligação entre as necessidades técnicas e comerciais;
  • Excelente capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de várias prioridades;
  • Forte atenção ao detalhe e orientação para o cumprimento de objetivos;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Fluência em Inglês, falado e escrito.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência na gestão de projetos de implementação de redes ou infraestruturas de telecomunicações;
  • Experiência em projetos que envolvam equipamentos, instalação no terreno e integração de soluções;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de planeamento e acompanhamento de projetos;
  • Certificações em gestão de projetos, como PMP, PRINCE2 ou similares;
  • Experiência em ambientes tecnológicos e equipas multidisciplinares.
