Estamos a recrutar um(a) Public Procurement Specialist para integrar uma equipa de Forensics, com foco na análise, avaliação e investigação de processos de contratação pública em contextos de elevada complexidade e exigência regulatória.

A função combina conhecimento técnico em procurement com capacidade analítica e visão estratégica, sendo determinante na identificação de riscos, assegurando conformidade e promovendo boas práticas.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá atuar em projetos de análise e investigação relacionados com contratação pública, contribuindo para a avaliação de processos, mitigação de risco e reforço de mecanismos de controlo e compliance.

Responsabilidades

Liderar e gerir investigações forenses relacionadas com processos de contratação pública

Analisar documentação de procurement, contratos e conformidade com enquadramento legal

Prestar aconselhamento especializado sobre políticas e melhores práticas de contratação pública

Identificar riscos e propor medidas de mitigação em colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares

Conduzir ações de formação e workshops sobre compliance e ética em procurement

Elaborar relatórios detalhados e apresentações para stakeholders

Acompanhar evolução legislativa e tendências no domínio da contratação pública

Requisitos

Licenciatura em Gestão, Direito, Administração Pública ou área equivalente (Mestrado valorizado)

Experiência mínima de 2 anos em contratação pública

Conhecimento sólido de enquadramento legal e normas de compliance associadas

Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas

Capacidade de comunicar informação complexa de forma clara e estruturada

Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa

Inglês fluente

Valorizamos

Certificações na área de procurement ou análise forense

Experiência em consultoria

Experiência em ambientes multiculturais

Perfil analítico com forte orientação ao detalhe
