Sobre a Função

Como QA Automation Engineer, terás um papel central na garantia da qualidade, performance, segurança e robustez das soluções digitais.

Irás liderar a evolução para um modelo de testes automation-first com suporte de GenAI, desenhando e implementando soluções inteligentes que aumentam a eficiência, cobertura e fiabilidade dos testes ao longo de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento.

Responsabilidades

Test Strategy & Execution

  • Participar em reuniões com stakeholders para definição de requisitos e estratégias de teste;
  • Criar casos de teste e scripts com base num profundo conhecimento do produto;
  • Garantir cobertura adequada de testes ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento.

Automation & Frameworks

  • Desenvolver e manter frameworks de automação para UI e APIs (Playwright, Rest Assured, Postman);
  • Liderar a modernização de frameworks, incluindo migração de Selenium para Playwright;
  • Integrar testes automatizados em pipelines CI/CD.

AI-Driven Testing

  • Implementar soluções de teste assistidas por IA (ex.: GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio);
  • Desenvolver abordagens como self-healing scripts e criação automática de defeitos;
  • Contribuir para uma estratégia de testes orientada a GenAI.

Quality & Performance

  • Executar testes de performance (LoadRunner) e segurança (Burp Suite);
  • Identificar, documentar e acompanhar defeitos;
  • Garantir conformidade com boas práticas de segurança e qualidade.

Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento, produto e QA;
  • Apoiar e mentorar colegas em práticas de automação;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de testing.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências Técnicas:

  • Experiência sólida como QA Automation Engineer / Software Test Engineer;
  • Forte experiência com Playwright (Selenium é um plus);
  • Experiência em automação de testes de APIs (Postman, SoapUI ou similares);
  • Conhecimento profundo de princípios de testes automatizados (unit, integração, E2E, performance, segurança);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de testes (Jira, Azure DevOps);
  • Experiência com CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions);
  • Experiência com aplicações em ambiente Azure Cloud;
  • Fortes competências analíticas e capacidade de root cause analysis;
  • Excelente comunicação e trabalho em equipa.

Valorizamos (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência com ferramentas de performance testing (LoadRunner);
  • Conhecimentos em segurança aplicacional (Burp Suite ou similares);
  • Experiência com GenAI aplicada a testing;
  • Experiência em ambientes Insurtech ou sistemas complexos;
  • Experiência em modernização de frameworks de testes.
