The posting

A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) QHSE Specialist para integrar uma empresa de referência no setor portuário, assumindo a implementação, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua das práticas de Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Ambiente num dos seus terminais.

Procuramos um profissional autónomo, disponível e próximo da operação, capaz de promover uma cultura preventiva, assegurar o cumprimento legal e apoiar a gestão na identificação e mitigação de riscos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, implementar e monitorizar planos de QHSE corporativos e operacionais;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação portuguesa, normas internacionais e políticas internas aplicáveis;
  • Realizar auditorias, inspeções e ações de acompanhamento no terminal e instalações associadas;
  • Identificar riscos, não conformidades e oportunidades de melhoria, acompanhando a implementação das respetivas ações corretivas;
  • Articular com equipas internas, subcontratados e prestadores de serviços, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos de QHSE;
  • Adaptar e implementar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, guidelines e campanhas de sensibilização;
  • Prestar aconselhamento técnico às equipas operacionais e de gestão em matérias de segurança, ambiente, qualidade e prevenção;
  • Promover uma cultura positiva de segurança e prevenção através de ações de comunicação e sensibilização;
  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e analisar indicadores, estatísticas e KPI de QHSE;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e de gestão sobre o desempenho da operação;
  • Preparar e ministrar ações de formação relacionadas com riscos operacionais, requisitos legais e boas práticas de QHSE;
  • Implementar, manter e melhorar os sistemas de gestão ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001, garantindo a preparação para auditorias e certificações;
  • Acompanhar trabalhos, atividades de risco elevado e matérias de QHSSE associadas à operação;
  • Assegurar o reporte, análise e investigação de acidentes e incidentes.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia, Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, Gestão Ambiental, Gestão da Qualidade ou área similar;
  • Certificação profissional válida na área de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 2 a 3 anos em funções de QHSE, sendo considerados perfis com experiência até cerca de 10 anos;
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial, portuário, logístico ou operacional;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos da legislação portuguesa aplicável a Qualidade, Segurança e Ambiente;
  • Conhecimentos dos sistemas de gestão ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001;
  • Conhecimentos de avaliação de riscos, investigação de incidentes, auditorias e monitorização de conformidade;
  • Capacidade para analisar dados, definir KPI e elaborar relatórios técnicos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office e ferramentas de reporting;
  • Fluência em Português e bons conhecimentos de Inglês, falado e escrito.

  • Capacidade para trabalhar de forma autónoma no terminal, mantendo um reporte próximo e estruturado com a restante equipa de QHSE;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e influência junto de diferentes interlocutores;
  • Pensamento analítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Organização e capacidade para gerir diferentes prioridades;
  • Proatividade na promoção de uma cultura de prevenção e melhoria contínua;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar num ambiente operacional e dinâmico.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência em operações portuárias ou ambientes industriais de elevada complexidade;
  • Formação complementar em sistemas de gestão ISO;
  • Conhecimentos de princípios e práticas ESG;
  • Experiência na supervisão de trabalhos e atividades de risco elevado;
  • Conhecimento de outros idiomas.
