Sobre a Função

Como Release Engineer, terás um papel fundamental na planificação, coordenação e execução de releases em ambientes cloud-native, garantindo que os processos são fiáveis, escaláveis e alinhados com as melhores práticas de engenharia.

Irás trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de desenvolvimento, QA, operações e parceiros externos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de entrega e automação.

Responsabilidades

Release Planning & Coordination

  • Apoiar a execução de planos, calendários e ciclos de release em múltiplos ambientes;
  • Coordenar atividades técnicas com equipas de desenvolvimento, QA, operações e fornecedores;
  • Validar componentes de release garantindo qualidade e conformidade.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Reportar o estado dos releases, riscos e bloqueios ao Release Manager;
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para clarificar requisitos de deployment;
  • Participar em sessões de readiness e análises pós-release.

Process & Governance

  • Seguir e melhorar processos de release management existentes;
  • Manter documentação técnica e operacional atualizada;
  • Promover adoção de automação e boas práticas de deployment.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identificar e comunicar riscos relacionados com builds, deployments e ambientes;
  • Apoiar na resolução de falhas de deployment e inconsistências;
  • Executar planos de rollback quando necessário.

Delivery Excellence

  • Gerir tarefas e atividades em ferramentas como Jira;
  • Garantir conformidade com standards de segurança, governance e qualidade;
  • Manter documentação e runbooks em Confluence;
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua em automação e práticas de engenharia.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências Técnicas:

  • +3 anos de experiência em Release Engineering, DevOps ou CI/CD;
  • Experiência com tecnologias Microsoft e ambientes cloud-native;
  • Conhecimento sólido da plataforma Azure e processos de deployment;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.);
  • Experiência com sistemas de controlo de versão e pipelines de build;
  • Experiência em ambientes distribuídos ou com múltiplos stakeholders;
  • Boa capacidade de interpretação de documentação técnica e arquitetural.

Valorizamos (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência em ambientes regulados (ex.: financeiro, seguros);
  • Experiência em consultoras tecnológicas ou software houses;
  • Conhecimentos de plataformas de dados Azure e integrações;
  • Familiaridade com arquiteturas cloud-native modernas.
