Sobre a Função

Como Release Manager, serás responsável por definir, gerir e evoluir a função de release management, assegurando a entrega consistente e de alta qualidade de soluções tecnológicas.

Irás trabalhar de forma próxima com equipas internas e parceiros externos, garantindo alinhamento estratégico, eficiência operacional e uma evolução contínua dos processos de release — com foco crescente em automação e autonomia.

Responsabilidades

Release Planning & Coordination

  • Definir e gerir planos, calendários e ciclos de release para múltiplos projetos;
  • Coordenar atividades entre equipas de desenvolvimento, QA, operações e negócio;
  • Garantir que todos os deliverables cumprem requisitos de qualidade, segurança e compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Atuar como ponto central para temas de release;
  • Comunicar estado, riscos e progresso a stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Facilitar sessões de readiness e análises pós-release.

Process & Governance

  • Definir e melhorar processos, standards e práticas de release management;
  • Garantir documentação completa e alinhamento com frameworks de governance;
  • Promover automação e eficiência nos processos de entrega.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identificar, avaliar e gerir riscos associados a releases;
  • Escalar e coordenar resolução de issues críticos;
  • Garantir existência de planos de rollback e contingência.

Delivery Excellence

  • Garantir transparência no progresso e gestão de entregas;
  • Assegurar compliance com standards de segurança e qualidade;
  • Acompanhar entregas através de ferramentas como Jira e Confluence;
  • Impulsionar melhoria contínua nos processos e qualidade técnica.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências Técnicas:

  • +7 anos de experiência em Release Management, Software Delivery ou DevSecOps;
  • Experiência sólida com tecnologias Microsoft e ambientes cloud-native;
  • Forte conhecimento da plataforma Azure;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação e CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experiência com sistemas de controlo de versão;
  • Experiência em ambientes distribuídos e multi-vendor;
  • Capacidade de interpretar documentação técnica e arquiteturas complexas.

Valorizamos (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência na criação de funções de release management de raiz (greenfield);
  • Experiência em setores regulados (ex.: financeiro, seguros);
  • Background em consultoras tecnológicas ou software houses;
  • Conhecimentos de data platforms e integrações em Azure.
