Estamos à procura de um Security Technical Manager para assumir um papel de referência técnica em cibersegurança, combinando gestão de clientes, arquitetura, operação e liderança técnica.

Se tens experiência sólida com Palo Alto Networks, Managed Services e troubleshooting avançado, esta oportunidade pode ser para ti.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Irás assegurar a ligação entre clientes, equipas técnicas e áreas de negócio, garantindo a evolução, qualidade e governance dos serviços de segurança.

Terás também um papel ativo no apoio às equipas de operação, desenho de soluções, definição de boas práticas e melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Responsabilidades

  • Assumir a gestão técnica de clientes na área de segurança;
  • Apoiar equipas L2 e L3 em incidentes complexos;
  • Liderar o desenho e evolução de soluções de cibersegurança;
  • Garantir qualidade técnica em implementações e alterações;
  • Definir standards, boas práticas e modelos operacionais;
  • Participar em auditorias e revisões técnicas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização;
  • Apoiar iniciativas comerciais e de pré-venda;
  • Orientar tecnicamente equipas e promover partilha de conhecimento;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre requisitos de negócio, operação e arquitetura.

O que Procuramos

  • Experiência sólida em cibersegurança;
  • Experiência comprovada com Palo Alto Networks;
  • Experiência em gestão técnica de clientes ou Managed Services;
  • Forte capacidade de troubleshooting em ambientes complexos;
  • Conhecimentos de arquitetura de segurança e redes;
  • Capacidade de liderança técnica e mentoria;
  • Facilidade em traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes stakeholders.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência com Fortinet ou Cisco Security;
  • Automação de operações e processos de segurança;
  • Certificações como PCNSE, CCNP Security, CCIE Security ou CISSP;
  • Experiência em ambientes enterprise de elevada complexidade.
