A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Senior Accountant, para integração numa equipa financeira no Porto, num contexto internacional e de crescimento.

A função terá intervenção transversal na contabilidade de várias entidades, incluindo operações em Portugal, Espanha e Estados Unidos, num contexto de integração de novas empresas e evolução contínua da estrutura do negócio.

Procuramos experiência sólida em contabilidade financeira, fechos contabilísticos, reconciliações e compliance, aliada à capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes entidades, prioridades e referenciais contabilísticos.

Função

Será responsável pela qualidade e rigor da informação contabilística de várias entidades, assumindo um papel ativo nos processos de fecho, reconciliação, reporting e cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e legais.

A função terá também participação em projetos de melhoria de processos, automatização e evolução das ferramentas utilizadas pela área financeira.

Responsabilidades

  • Garantir a exatidão e integridade dos registos contabilísticos de várias entidades;
  • Realizar e acompanhar reconciliações bancárias, assegurando a resolução de diferenças e movimentos pendentes;
  • Gerir os registos de ativos tangíveis e intangíveis;
  • Coordenar os processos de fecho contabilístico mensal e anual;
  • Articular com diferentes equipas internas para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de fecho;
  • Preparar demonstrações financeiras, reporting de gestão e informação regulamentar;
  • Trabalhar com diferentes enquadramentos contabilísticos e regulamentares, nomeadamente em Portugal, Espanha e Estados Unidos;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais, legais e contabilísticas aplicáveis;
  • Apoiar e acompanhar auditorias internas e externas;
  • Dar resposta a pedidos de informação de auditores e entidades reguladoras;
  • Utilizar e otimizar o SAP no âmbito dos processos contabilísticos;
  • Participar em projetos de desenvolvimento e melhoria do ERP em articulação com equipas técnicas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatização e digitalização de processos contabilísticos;
  • Manter contacto com bancos, seguradoras, clientes, fornecedores e outras entidades externas.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão ou área semelhante;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional em funções de contabilidade ou financeiras;
  • Experiência sólida em fechos contabilísticos mensais e anuais;
  • Experiência em reconciliações contabilísticas e bancárias;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com várias entidades e diferentes processos contabilísticos em simultâneo;
  • Experiência com SAP ou ERP contabilístico equivalente;
  • Fluência profissional em português e inglês;
  • Forte capacidade de organização, rigor e gestão de prioridades;
  • Autonomia e capacidade para trabalhar num contexto exigente e em transformação.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência em Business Process Solutions (BPS), outsourcing contabilístico, shared services ou professional services;
  • Experiência com múltiplos clientes ou entidades;
  • Exposição a operações internacionais, particularmente mercados ibéricos e/ou Estados Unidos;
  • Certificação OCC ou certificação internacional equivalente, como CPA ou ACCA;
  • Conhecimentos de espanhol;
  • Experiência em projetos de automatização ou digitalização de processos financeiros;
  • Experiência com processos de integração contabilística de novas empresas.
