Estamos à procura de um Senior Consultant especializado em LIMS LabWare para integrar projetos de suporte, administração funcional e configuração da plataforma em contexto laboratorial.

Esta função terá um papel central na resolução de tickets de suporte, incidências, pedidos de alteração e pequenas configurações, garantindo a estabilidade, continuidade e qualidade da operação laboratorial.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Senior Consultant — LIMS LabWare, serás responsável por assegurar o suporte de 2.ª/3.ª linha da plataforma, analisando, diagnosticando e resolvendo ocorrências dentro dos níveis de serviço acordados.

Irás colaborar com utilizadores-chave, equipas de projeto e fornecedores, garantindo uma comunicação clara, documentação adequada e melhoria contínua da base de conhecimento.

Terás também oportunidade de configurar módulos LabWare, apoiar pequenas customizações e contribuir para a estabilidade e evolução da solução.

Responsabilidades

  • Analisar, diagnosticar e resolver tickets de 2.ª/3.ª linha relacionados com LabWare LIMS;
  • Gerir incidentes, pedidos de alteração e pequenas configurações dentro dos SLAs definidos;
  • Configurar módulos LabWare, incluindo workflows, testes, especificações, instrumentos e relatórios;
  • Realizar pequenas customizações e ajustes através das ferramentas nativas da plataforma;
  • Interagir com utilizadores-chave do laboratório para esclarecimento e validação de ocorrências;
  • Documentar resoluções, procedimentos e boas práticas;
  • Contribuir para a criação e manutenção da base de conhecimento;
  • Reportar periodicamente o estado dos tickets à gestão do projeto;
  • Articular com o fornecedor da solução em situações que exijam escalamento;
  • Garantir qualidade, estabilidade e continuidade da operação laboratorial.

O que Procuramos

  • Experiência comprovada em suporte e/ou administração funcional de LabWare LIMS;
  • Mínimo de 2 a 3 anos de experiência com LabWare LIMS;
  • Conhecimento dos módulos core da plataforma, como Sample Management, Workflows, Specifications e Instrument Interfaces;
  • Capacidade de configurar testes, especificações e fluxos de trabalho sem necessidade de codificação avançada;
  • Experiência em ambiente laboratorial regulado, como farmacêutico, alimentar, químico ou similar;
  • Conhecimentos de SQL para consulta, análise e diagnóstico de dados;
  • Experiência com processos de gestão de incidentes e tickets;
  • Conhecimento de práticas ITIL ou equivalente;
  • Português obrigatório;
  • Inglês nível B2.

Será valorizado:

  • Conhecimento de LabWare LIMS Basic para pequenas customizações;
  • Experiência em integrações LIMS com sistemas de terceiros, como ERP, instrumentos de laboratório ou middleware;
  • Certificação ou formação formal em LabWare;
  • Conhecimento de normas de qualidade aplicáveis ao setor, como GxP ou ISO 17025;
  • Experiência prévia em contexto de consultoria ou outsourcing;
  • Capacidade de comunicação com utilizadores técnicos e não técnicos;
  • Forte orientação para resolução de problemas e qualidade de serviço.
