A Elevus está a recrutar um(a) Senior Customs Specialist para integrar a sua equipa de Aduaneiro, assumindo um papel-chave na preparação, submissão e acompanhamento de declarações aduaneiras, garantindo conformidade legal, rigor documental e fluidez operacional.

Esta função exige experiência sénior em customs, autonomia técnica e capacidade de interação diária com autoridades aduaneiras, clientes e equipas internas.

Principais Responsabilidades

– Análise, validação e verificação de documentação de suporte às declarações aduaneiras; – Classificação de mercadorias (pauta, origem e valor); – Preparação e submissão de declarações aduaneiras em conformidade com a legislação aplicável; – Garantia de que toda a documentação obrigatória está correta, completa e arquivada; – Monitorização do estado dos processos de desalfandegamento e intervenção em casos bloqueados; – Articulação direta com autoridades aduaneiras para resolução de irregularidades ou litígios; – Coordenação e acompanhamento de inspeções físicas, assegurando a disponibilidade das mercadorias; – Comunicação de anomalias, desvios ou não conformidades à chefia e entidades relevantes; – Colaboração com equipas internas e QHSE no cumprimento dos procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e ambiente; – Promoção e cumprimento das normas de Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE).

Perfil Pretendido

– Experiência sénior em desalfandegamento / brokerage, em contexto de logística ou freight forwarding; – Conhecimento sólido da legislação e procedimentos aduaneiros; – Elevado rigor, atenção ao detalhe e controlo documental; – Capacidade de gerir múltiplos processos e prazos em simultâneo; – Boa capacidade de comunicação, análise e resolução de problemas; – Perfil autónomo, responsável e orientado à conformidade.
