Estamos à procura de um(a) Senior Java Developer para integrar uma equipa tecnológica focada no desenvolvimento de aplicações modernas, escaláveis e de elevada performance.

Esta função terá um papel central na construção de soluções backend cloud-native, trabalhando com arquiteturas distribuídas, microserviços e tecnologias modernas de desenvolvimento.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Senior Java Developer, serás responsável pelo desenho, desenvolvimento e evolução de aplicações backend robustas e altamente escaláveis.

Irás colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para desenvolver soluções modernas baseadas em microserviços, contribuindo para decisões técnicas, boas práticas de engenharia e melhoria contínua das plataformas.

Terás também um papel ativo na evolução tecnológica da organização, ajudando a construir sistemas resilientes, eficientes e preparados para crescimento.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e manter aplicações backend em Java;
  • Construir e implementar microserviços com Spring Boot;
  • Colaborar com equipas técnicas e de produto na definição e entrega de novas funcionalidades;
  • Garantir performance, qualidade e fiabilidade das aplicações;
  • Participar em code reviews e promover boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Trabalhar com equipas DevOps na implementação de infraestrutura como código;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos complexos;
  • Contribuir para arquiteturas distribuídas e sistemas orientados a eventos;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e modernização tecnológica.

O que Procuramos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática ou área similar;
  • Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento Java;
  • Experiência sólida com Spring Boot;
  • Conhecimentos de containerização e orquestração (Kubernetes);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de Infrastructure as Code, especialmente Terraform;
  • Experiência em sistemas orientados a eventos com Kafka;
  • Conhecimentos de GraphQL Federation;
  • Experiência com GitHub e workflows de versionamento;
  • Experiência com serviços Azure Cloud;
  • Fluência em inglês (oral e escrita).

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência em arquiteturas distribuídas;
  • Familiaridade com práticas CI/CD e DevOps;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas;
  • Atenção ao detalhe e foco em qualidade de código.
