Estamos à procura de um Senior .NET Developer para integrar uma equipa tecnológica focada no desenvolvimento de soluções modernas, escaláveis e orientadas a eventos.

Esta função terá um papel central na evolução de plataformas backend críticas, com forte componente de .NET, Azure, microserviços, Kafka e arquiteturas event-driven.

Se tens experiência sénior em desenvolvimento backend, gostas de trabalhar com sistemas distribuídos e tens capacidade para assumir ownership técnico, esta oportunidade é para ti.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Senior .NET Developer, irás integrar uma equipa responsável por soluções backend de elevada exigência técnica, com foco em arquitetura orientada a eventos, streaming de dados e microserviços.

Terás um papel ativo na implementação de soluções escaláveis e resilientes, trabalhando em contexto Agile e colaborando com equipas técnicas na definição de abordagens, padrões e boas práticas.

Será esperado que assumas ownership técnico das soluções, contribuas para decisões arquiteturais e apoies developers mais juniores, garantindo qualidade, robustez e alinhamento com os objetivos do projeto.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e evoluir soluções backend com .NET, idealmente em versões .NET 6+;
  • Implementar soluções orientadas a eventos com Kafka ou tecnologias equivalentes;
  • Trabalhar com soluções de Data Streaming, como Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, Spark Streaming ou similares;
  • Desenvolver e manter microserviços escaláveis e resilientes;
  • Aplicar o padrão Event Sourcing em contexto real de projeto;
  • Trabalhar em ambientes cloud, com foco em Microsoft Azure;
  • Participar em decisões técnicas e arquiteturais;
  • Garantir qualidade, performance, segurança e escalabilidade das soluções;
  • Colaborar em ambiente Agile com ownership técnico;
  • Apoiar e mentorar developers mais juniores.

O que Procuramos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática ou equivalente, em estabelecimento de ensino superior em Portugal ou com equivalência em Portugal;
  • Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento .NET;
  • Experiência preferencial com .NET 6+;
  • Experiência comprovada com Kafka ou tecnologia equivalente;
  • Experiência com Data Streaming;
  • Bons conhecimentos de arquiteturas event-driven;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos com microserviços;
  • Experiência real com Event Sourcing em pelo menos um projeto;
  • Experiência sólida em ambientes Azure;
  • Capacidade de assumir ownership técnico;
  • Proatividade técnica e capacidade de mentoring;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para resolução de problemas;
  • Boa comunicação e espírito colaborativo.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência em plataformas distribuídas de elevada escala;
  • Experiência em desenho de soluções resilientes e tolerantes a falhas;
  • Experiência em práticas DevOps, CI/CD e observabilidade;
  • Conhecimentos de monitorização, logging e tracing distribuído;
  • Background em contextos enterprise ou projetos críticos;
  • Experiência na definição de guidelines técnicas e boas práticas de engenharia.
