Sobre a Função

Como Senior Performance Test Analyst, serás responsável por desenhar, executar e otimizar estratégias de testes de performance, garantindo que as aplicações estão preparadas para ambientes de produção exigentes.

Irás trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de desenvolvimento, QA e operações, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da qualidade, performance e escalabilidade dos sistemas.

Responsabilidades

Performance Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Executar testes de performance, carga, stress, integração e regressão;
  • Validar a prontidão das aplicações para produção em termos de estabilidade e performance;
  • Desenvolver e executar scripts de testes de performance;
  • Criar e manter casos de teste com base em requisitos funcionais e técnicos;
  • Realizar testes automatizados em múltiplos protocolos (ex.: HTTP);
  • Analisar resultados e garantir alinhamento com requisitos de negócio.

Test Design & Execution

  • Desenhar frameworks e estratégias de testes de performance;
  • Desenvolver scripts com ferramentas como JMeter e LoadRunner;
  • Planear e executar ciclos completos de testes (SIT, UAT, Sprints);
  • Acompanhar métricas de performance e qualidade;
  • Reportar defeitos de forma clara e estruturada.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Trabalhar com equipas técnicas e stakeholders (developers, PMs, QA, operações);
  • Apoiar troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz de problemas;
  • Comunicar progresso, riscos e resultados de forma clara;
  • Colaborar com equipas externas e parceiros.

Continuous Improvement & Mentoring

  • Apoiar e mentorar outros membros da equipa em práticas de performance testing;
  • Contribuir para a evolução de frameworks e processos de QA;
  • Promover boas práticas e standards de qualidade;
  • Manter-se atualizado com novas ferramentas e metodologias.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências Técnicas:

  • +4 anos de experiência em performance testing e análise;
  • Experiência com ferramentas como JMeter e LoadRunner;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de metodologias de testes de performance;
  • Experiência em monitorização e análise de performance;
  • Conhecimentos de linguagens de scripting (Java, Python, Shell);
  • Experiência com ambientes Agile e ciclos de desenvolvimento contínuo;
  • Familiaridade com CI/CD e práticas DevOps;
  • Experiência com ferramentas como Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins e stack Atlassian;
  • Capacidade de gerir o ciclo completo de testes (planeamento, execução, reporting).

Valorizamos (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência em serviços financeiros (seguros é uma mais-valia);
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de frameworks de performance para aplicações Microsoft;
  • Conhecimento de múltiplos protocolos e sistemas distribuídos;
  • Experiência em ambientes com equipas distribuídas ou outsourcing;
  • Experiência em contexto cliente-facing.
