Estamos a contratar: Senior Quality Engineer – UFT One

Localização: Lisboa Regime: Híbrido — 1x por semana

Estamos à procura de um Consultor Analista de Qualidade para integrar uma equipa tecnológica focada em Quality Assurance, automação de testes e evolução das práticas de testing.

Procuramos um perfil experiente, com forte componente de automação, domínio de UFT One e Azure DevOps, e interesse em novas abordagens de qualidade suportadas por GenAI e Agentic AI.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Consultor Analista de Qualidade, irás acompanhar o ciclo de QA desde a análise de requisitos até à execução, gestão de defeitos e reporting.

Trabalharás em proximidade com Business Analysts, equipas técnicas e stakeholders de negócio, contribuindo para garantir rastreabilidade, qualidade das entregas e evolução contínua dos processos de testing.

Responsabilidades

  • Analisar requisitos e traduzi-los em cenários e casos de teste;
  • Desenvolver e manter testes automatizados e frameworks com UFT One;
  • Planear e acompanhar atividades de QA através de Azure DevOps Test Plans;
  • Executar testes funcionais, automatizados e de regressão;
  • Gerir evidências, defeitos e reporting;
  • Garantir rastreabilidade entre requisitos, testes e resultados;
  • Colaborar com Business Analysts, developers e stakeholders de negócio;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua das práticas e processos de qualidade;
  • Apoiar a adoção de soluções de IA aplicadas ao testing.

O que Procuramos

  • Formação superior em área tecnológica ou equivalente;
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Quality Assurance;
  • Pelo menos 4 anos de experiência em automação de testes, com utilização de UFT One;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência com Azure DevOps, incluindo Test Plans, backlog, execução, defeitos e reporting;
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em contexto Agile;
  • Certificação ISTQB Foundation obrigatória;
  • Familiaridade com Git/GitHub, MIRO e VS Code;
  • Capacidade analítica, espírito crítico e orientação para qualidade;
  • Facilidade de comunicação com equipas técnicas e de negócio;
  • Português e inglês fluentes.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência com Generative AI aplicada a Quality Assurance;
  • Conhecimentos de Copilot Studio;
  • Experiência em testing de agentes de IA;
  • Familiaridade com MCP — Model Context Protocol;
  • Experiência na utilização de IA para criação ou otimização de processos de teste.
