A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Técnico de Suporte Network Security – 2.ª Linha para integrar uma empresa tecnológica especializada em serviços geridos, NOC, SOC, consultoria e integração de soluções de networking e cibersegurança.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência em suporte técnico e troubleshooting de soluções de segurança de rede, capaz de analisar e resolver incidentes em ambientes enterprise e multi-vendor.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte técnico de 2.ª linha a soluções de Cyber Security;
  • Efetuar troubleshooting avançado em firewalls Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco ou tecnologias similares;
  • Analisar e resolver incidentes relacionados com VPN IPSec/SSL, NAT, políticas de segurança e segmentação de rede;
  • Diagnosticar problemas em soluções de Threat Prevention, incluindo IPS, Anti-Malware, URL Filtering e Application Control;
  • Prestar suporte a soluções de proteção de endpoints, incluindo EDR/XDR, antivírus corporativo e controlo de dispositivos;
  • Analisar logs de equipamentos e gateways de segurança, identificando bloqueios, falhas de comunicação e comportamentos anómalos;
  • Apoiar soluções de autenticação e controlo de acesso, incluindo MFA, AD/LDAP e NAC;
  • Acompanhar upgrades, atualizações e validações pós-mudança em equipamentos e soluções de segurança;
  • Abrir e acompanhar tickets técnicos junto dos fabricantes;
  • Colaborar com equipas de Redes, Sistemas e SOC na resolução de incidentes com impacto transversal;
  • Identificar causas raiz e contribuir para a prevenção de recorrências após a estabilização do serviço;
  • Garantir o acompanhamento dos incidentes até à respetiva resolução, assegurando uma comunicação clara com as equipas envolvidas.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Experiência profissional comprovada em suporte e troubleshooting de soluções de Network Security;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de redes, nomeadamente TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN e DNS;
  • Experiência com firewalls e soluções de segurança em ambientes enterprise;
  • Capacidade para interpretar logs e identificar causas de incidentes técnicos;
  • Experiência na gestão e resolução de incidentes críticos;
  • Conhecimentos de tecnologias de Threat Prevention e segurança de endpoints;
  • Experiência na interação com fabricantes e acompanhamento de tickets técnicos;
  • Forte capacidade de análise, diagnóstico e resolução estruturada de problemas;
  • Capacidade de priorização e trabalho sob pressão, com foco na reposição rápida do serviço;
  • Perfil autónomo, pragmático e orientado para a resolução.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência com tecnologias Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto e Cisco;
  • Conhecimentos de EDR/XDR, NAC, MFA e integração com AD/LDAP;
  • Experiência em ambientes multi-vendor;
  • Certificações como Fortinet NSE/FCP, CCSA/CCSE, CCNP Security ou similares;
  • Experiência em operações de NOC, SOC ou Managed Services;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
