Sobre a Função

Como Talent Acquisition Team Leader, serás responsável por definir e executar estratégias de atração de talento, garantindo processos de recrutamento eficientes, estruturados e alinhados com as necessidades do negócio.

Terás um papel central na liderança da equipa de Talent Acquisition, promovendo boas práticas, inovação e uma experiência de excelência para candidatos e stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

  • Definir e implementar a estratégia de recrutamento alinhada com os objetivos do negócio;
  • Gerir processos de recrutamento end-to-end, assegurando qualidade e eficiência;
  • Identificar e implementar novas ferramentas, canais e tendências de recrutamento;
  • Garantir a atração e seleção de talento qualificado.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coordenar, desenvolver e motivar a equipa de Talent Acquisition;
  • Promover boas práticas e melhoria contínua nos processos;
  • Apoiar o crescimento e desenvolvimento dos membros da equipa.

Stakeholder Management

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com gestores de negócio;
  • Alinhar necessidades de talento com as prioridades estratégicas;
  • Garantir uma comunicação clara e eficaz entre todas as partes envolvidas.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitorizar KPIs e métricas de recrutamento;
  • Analisar resultados e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Garantir uma excelente experiência para candidatos e stakeholders;
  • Colaborar com equipas de Marketing para reforçar a marca empregadora.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências:

  • Formação superior em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou área similar;
  • 4 a 6 anos de experiência em recrutamento;
  • Experiência prévia em gestão de equipa (preferencial);
  • Experiência em recrutamento especializado ou consultoria;
  • Forte capacidade de liderança, comunicação e influência;
  • Orientação para resultados e capacidade analítica;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês.

  • Experiência em employer branding e colaboração com equipas de marketing;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de recrutamento e sourcing avançado;
  • Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e de crescimento acelerado.
