Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um Tech Lead para assegurar a orientação técnica e o desenho de soluções complexas de dados e integração em ambiente cloud Azure.

A função combina experiência prática nas tecnologias com responsabilidades de arquitetura, governação e operação, em colaboração com equipas globais. Terá como foco a qualidade das entregas, a evolução técnica das aplicações e a identificação e gestão de dívida técnica.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Orientar tecnicamente o desenho e a implementação de soluções de dados, eventos, APIs e integração;
  • Desenhar soluções com arquiteturas Lakehouse e Medallion, utilizando Delta Lake e Unity Catalog;
  • Apoiar a implementação de Data Products e, quando aplicável, abordagens de Data Mesh;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar integrações assentes em eventos, mecanismos de Change Data Capture (CDC) e pipelines de streaming;
  • Assegurar o desenho e integração de REST APIs, Async APIs e Event APIs;
  • Participar na implementação e evolução de soluções com Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Databricks e Azure Storage;
  • Realizar revisões de arquitetura e analisar decisões técnicas, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Integrar requisitos de segurança, Data Governance, observabilidade, fiabilidade operacional e gestão de custos cloud nas soluções;
  • Colaborar com equipas globais na análise e resolução de problemas técnicos;
  • Identificar, documentar e manter o backlog de dívida técnica;
  • Produzir e atualizar a documentação técnica das aplicações;
  • Elaborar pedidos de alteração de infraestrutura necessários à implementação e evolução das soluções;
  • Assegurar o compromisso com a qualidade das entregas.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia de Software, Engenharia Informática ou área similar;
  • Experiência relevante, até 10 anos, nas plataformas, linguagens, tecnologias ou frameworks aplicáveis ao serviço;
  • Experiência prática nas tecnologias utilizadas pelas aplicações;
  • Experiência no desenho de soluções complexas;
  • Domínio de Lakehouse Architecture, Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog e Data Products;
  • Conhecimentos de Event Hub, CDC e pipelines de streaming;
  • Conhecimentos de REST APIs, Async APIs e Event APIs;
  • Domínio de Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Storage e Key Vault;
  • Conhecimentos de GitHub;
  • Competências em revisões de arquitetura, observabilidade, segurança, Data Governance e gestão de custos cloud;
  • Compreensão dos princípios de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) e orientação para a fiabilidade operacional;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Capacidade de trabalho colaborativo com equipas globais;
  • Capacidade de análise crítica e resolução de problemas;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês, escritos e orais.
