Estamos à procura de um VMware Specialist para integrar uma equipa de infraestrutura responsável pela gestão e evolução de ambientes enterprise críticos.

Esta função é ideal para profissionais com forte especialização em tecnologias VMware e experiência prática em infraestruturas de elevada disponibilidade, automação e governance.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como VMware Specialist, serás responsável pela administração, otimização e segurança de ambientes VMware, garantindo elevados níveis de disponibilidade, performance e compliance.

Irás trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de infraestrutura e operações para assegurar a estabilidade e escalabilidade das plataformas tecnológicas.

Terás também um papel ativo em iniciativas de automação, governance e melhoria contínua da infraestrutura.

Responsabilidades

  • Garantir disponibilidade, performance e segurança dos ambientes VMware;
  • Gerir alterações de infraestrutura através de plataformas de automação e governance;
  • Implementar e assegurar políticas de segurança e compliance;
  • Administrar infraestruturas HPE Synergy e HPE ProLiant;
  • Gerir ambientes de storage, incluindo configuração, patching e otimização;
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com equipas internas para garantir fiabilidade e escalabilidade;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e modernização da infraestrutura;
  • Contribuir para automação de processos operacionais e gestão eficiente da plataforma.

O que Procuramos

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em administração VMware;
  • Experiência sólida com HPE Synergy e HPE ProLiant;
  • Experiência em gestão de infraestruturas de storage;
  • Forte conhecimento de serviços de infraestrutura e topologias de rede;
  • Experiência com processos de automação e governance;
  • Boa capacidade organizacional e gestão de prioridades;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Fluência em inglês (oral e escrita);
  • Capacidade de adaptação e aprendizagem contínua.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação de infraestrutura;
  • Certificações VMware ou tecnologias relacionadas;
  • Experiência em ambientes híbridos ou enterprise de grande escala;
  • Conhecimentos adicionais de virtualização e cloud infrastructure.
