Nosso time de Business Analytics

Somos responsável por desenvolver análises e projetos baseados em dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão, conduzir estudos de mercado e benchmark, gerar insights para o negócio e contribuir para a evolução contínua de produtos e soluções analíticas.

Como Analista de Business Analytics Pleno você vai:

  • Preparar, modelar e estruturar grandes volumes de dados utilizando SQL, garantindo qualidade, performance e governança;
  • Criar, implementar e manter modelos estatísticos;
  • Desenvolver estudos e análises avançadas utilizando softwares estatísticos e linguagens de programação (Python/R), com foco na geração de valor para o negócio;
  • Aplicar técnicas de Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning em problemas reais de negócio, desde a concepção até a operacionalização dos modelos;
  • Atuar na definição de métricas, KPIs e hipóteses analíticas junto às áreas de negócio, influenciando decisões estratégicas;
  • Desenvolver apresentações de resultados de análises, utilizando data storytelling para diferentes públicos (técnico e não técnico);
  • Trabalhar com ambientes em AWS, consumindo e analisando dados em arquiteturas cloud (ex.: S3, Redshift, Athena);
  • Contribuir para a evolução da maturidade analítica da área, propondo novas abordagens, ferramentas e soluções analíticas.

Para esse desafio precisamos que você:

  • Desejável formação superior em Estatística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Habilidade com manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;
  • Buscamos uma pessoa com capacidade analítica, curiosa e com pensamento crítico;
  • Tenha experiência em linguagem de programação SQL para análise e modelagem de dados complexos;
  • Domínio de linguagens de programação estatística (Python e/ou R) aplicadas a Analytics e Data Science;
  • Pacote office avançado;
  • Possua experiência em modelagem e outras análises estatísticas (clusterização, árvores de decisão, etc);
  • Tenha capacidade de traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções analíticas escaláveis.

Além disso será diferencial se você:

  • Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Data Science, Analytics ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência prévia em Meios de Pagamento, serviços financeiros, Telecom ou ambientes transacionais de grande escala;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização (Power BI, Tableau ou similares).
