We at Coforge are hiring Data Engineer - Snowflake/Databricks with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement data integration solutions using Databricks for data processing and transformation.
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in data engineering.
  • Document data processes and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
  • Basic experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
  • Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Redshift.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Python or Scala for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
