En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Java Backend Developer (#20789-7-26) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios en Java siguiendo lineamientos de arquitectura empresarial.
  • Participar en sesiones de refinamiento técnico y estimación de historias de usuario.
  • Diseñar e implementar APIs REST escalables y seguras.
  • Construir y mantener pipelines CI/CD utilizando GitHub Actions.
  • Garantizar la calidad de código mediante SonarCloud y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Gestionar hallazgos de seguridad utilizando GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).
  • Administrar dependencias y artefactos mediante JFrog Artifactory.
  • Desplegar aplicaciones contenerizadas utilizando Docker sobre plataformas Azure.
  • Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de aplicaciones mediante Dynatrace.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos.
  • Brindar mentoría técnica a desarrolladores de menor experiencia.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con calidad, seguridad y observabilidad.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +5 años de experiencia profesional desarrollando aplicaciones backend con Java.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Java 8 o superior.
  • Experiencia sólida en Spring Boot.
  • Experiencia diseñando y desarrollando arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia desarrollando APIs REST.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de resiliencia y arquitecturas distribuidas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con servicios Azure.
  • Conocimiento de: Servicios de cómputo. Redes. Contenedores. Almacenamiento en Azure.
  • Experiencia utilizando Docker para contenerización de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando procesos CI/CD mediante GitHub Actions.
  • Experiencia utilizando SonarCloud para análisis estático y calidad de código.
  • Experiencia utilizando JFrog Artifactory para gestión de artefactos.
  • Experiencia utilizando GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS): Code Scanning. Secret Scanning. Dependabot.
  • Experiencia utilizando Dynatrace para observabilidad y monitoreo.
  • Dominio de Git.
  • Experiencia desarrollando pruebas unitarias e integración.
  • Experiencia utilizando: JUnit. Mockito.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación Microsoft Azure AZ-204.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia utilizando Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de mensajería: Apache Kafka. Azure Service Bus.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles: Scrum. Kanban.
  • Experiencia en el sector financiero o entornos altamente regulados.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas DevSecOps.
  • Experiencia implementando estrategias de observabilidad y monitoreo en entornos cloud.

Formación académica

  • Bachiller o Titulado en: Ingeniería de Sistemas. Ingeniería Informática. Ingeniería de Software. Carreras afines.
