Bij ons draait het niet alleen om data, maar om wat je ermee doet. Wij helpen overheden en zorginstellingen om slimmer met energie om te gaan: minder verspilling, lagere kosten en aantoonbaar minder CO₂. Werk dat ertoe doet, elke dag opnieuw.

DE ROL

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Tickets, vragen en service: jij lost het op. Snel, correct en zodat de klant blij is. Maar je doet meer dan afhandelen; je signaleert patronen, verbetert processen en gebruikt AI om slimmer te werken. Jouw werk bepaalt of klanten blij en tevreden met ons zijn.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Tickets en klantvragen oplossen via mail en telefoon;
  • Disputen oplossen met leveranciers en netbeheerders over energiefacturen en data;
  • Mutaties verwerken voor aansluitingen, mandaten beheren en jaarafrekeningen begeleiden;
  • Fouten en inefficiënties spotten voordat de klant ze meldt;
  • AI tools inzetten om sneller en slimmer te werken;
  • Processen verbeteren en handleidingen up-to-date houden.
  • HBO denk- en werkniveau
  • Ervaring in een supportrol, liefst in SaaS of energie
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht
  • Handig met Excel, AI, CRM-systemen en tickettools
  • Vloeiend Nederlands

Je leert het platform, de klanten en het team kennen. Je schaduwt collega’s en pakt je eerste tickets op met begeleiding.

Maand 1

Zelfstandig draaien

Je handelt standaardtickets zelfstandig af. Je kent de meest voorkomende issues en weet wanneer je escaleert.

Maand 2-3

Waarde toevoegen

Je runt je eigen ticketqueue volledig. Je spot je eerste verbeterkans en draagt bij aan een proces- of handleidingverbetering.

SUCCES NA 90 DAGEN

Na 90 dagen heb je het ritme. Klanten mailen je terug met ‘dankjewel’, je hebt twee processen opgeschoond, en je weet precies waar jij het verschil maakt.
