Wij zetten energiedata om in actie. Ons platform helpt overheden en zorginstellingen om grip te krijgen op hun honderden locaties en direct te zien waar ze euro's en CO₂ kunnen besparen. We zijn een groeiende scale-up met grote ambities. Een team dat veel weet van energie, duurzaamheid, data en AI. Je regelt dingen zelf, ziet direct resultaat, en hebt de ruimte om echt iets neer te zetten.

DE ROL

Je start als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Tickets, vragen en service: jij lost het op. Snel, correct en zodat de klant blij is. Maar dit traineeship is meer dan support draaien. Je leert de organisatie van binnenuit kennen, signaleert wat er beter kan en gebruikt AI om slimmer te werken. Na 6–12 maanden groei je door naar een rol die bij jou past: operations, automation of customer success.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Tickets en klantvragen oplossen via mail en telefoon
  • Disputen oplossen met leveranciers en netbeheerders over energiefacturen en data
  • Mutaties verwerken voor aansluitingen, mandaten beheren en jaarafrekeningen begeleiden
  • Fouten en inefficiënties spotten voordat de klant ze meldt
  • AI tools inzetten om sneller en slimmer te werken
  • Zelfstandig verbeterprojecten oppakken en eigenaarschap nemen
  • Processen documenteren, verbeteren en handleidingen up-to-date houden

  • Kennis van factuurstromen of administratieve processen

WAT JE KRIJGT

Salaris - €3.000–3.800 bruto/maand

Leerbudget - budget voor cursussen, tools of events naar keuze

Mentor - een vaste sparringpartner in het team met wekelijkse check-in

Verbeterproject - eigenaarschap en zichtbaarheid bij management vanaf maand 2

Groeipad - expliciet doorgroeipad na 6–12 maanden

Hybride - 3 dagen kantoor bij 32u, 4 dagen bij 40u

JE EERSTE 90 DAGEN

Week 1–2 Onderdompelen

  • Platform, klanten en team leren kennen
  • Schaduwlopen en eerste tickets met begeleiding
  • Leerplan opstellen met je mentor

Maand 1 Zelfstandig draaien

  • Standaard tickets zelfstandig afhandelen
  • Meest voorkomende issues kennen
  • Eerste verbeterpunten signaleren en documenteren

Maand 2–3 Verbeteren

  • Eigen ticketqueue volledig runnen
  • Eerste AI-tool of automatisering in gebruik genomen
  • Verbeterproject gestart met eigenaarschap

Succes na 90 dagen

Na 90 dagen ken je het ritme. Je hebt je eerste verbeterkans gesignaleerd en een voorstel gemaakt. Klanten weten je te vinden, je mentor ook. En je weet al een beetje waar jij wil uitkomen.
