DIT IS ENERGIEMISSIE

Wij zetten energiedata om in actie. Ons platform helpt overheden en zorginstellingen grip te krijgen op honderden locaties en direct te zien waar ze euro's en CO2 kunnen besparen. We staan aan de vooravond van een AI-native product rebuild en zoeken een engineer die daar het voortouw in neemt.

Klein team, grote impact, geen corporate AI-beperkingen. Je werkt naast senioren en een CTO die zelf bouwt, dus zijn er genoeg sparringpartners om je werk scherp te krijgen.

DE ROL

Jij bouwt de energy intelligence layer van ons platform: AI-features die klantwaarde leveren aan grote organisaties met 250.000+ aansluitingen. Denk aan energie-analyses, scenario's en verduurzamingspaden, geen chatbot maar agentic features volledig geintegreerd in ons SaaS-landschap.

Je werkt fullstack, van interface tot data platform. Je draagt bij aan code, architectuurkeuzes en engineering practices. En je werkt nauw samen met Product om te bepalen welke AI-features er echt toe doen.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Betaalde AI-features bouwen, van architectuur tot tool use, geintegreerd in ons SaaS-platform
  • Werken op onze data platform layer: 250.000+ aansluitingen bruikbaar maken voor AI
  • MCP- en CLI-tooling bouwen voor het team en onze agents
  • Mede-architect zijn van de AI-native rebuild
  • Met Product bepalen welke features echte klantwaarde leveren

Dit breng je mee

  • 3+ jaar fullstack-ervaring, sterk op backend, affiniteit met frontend
  • Je hebt met LLMs als product gebouwd: agents en tool use in een echt product dat live ging
  • Coderen met agents en AI-tools zoals Claude Code of Copilot is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Sterke ervaring met .NET/C#
  • Kennis van hoe je AI-features evalueert en monitort in productie (evals, tracing, fallback-logica)
  • Vloeiend Nederlands

AI-first. AI is bij ons geen extra tool, maar het uitgangspunt. Voordat we iets bouwen of automatiseren, vragen we ons af wat AI hierin kan doen. AI-credits zijn ruim en beperkingen liggen er niet.

Innovatie. We proberen graag iets nieuws en stellen bij waar nodig, in plaats van eindeloos polijsten van wat er al is.

Week 1–2

Onderdompelen

Je leert het energiedomein, het platform en het team kennen. Je begrijpt hoe onze klanten energie managen en waar AI het verschil maakt.

Maand 1

Eerste AI-feature

Je bouwt en lanceert een eerste AI-feature die direct klantwaarde levert.

Maand 2–3

De AI-laag

Je bent mede-eigenaar van de AI-laag. Meerdere features draaien, je zet de standaard voor hoe wij AI-native bouwen.

SUCCES NA 90 DAGEN

Er draait AI in productie die van jou is en direct waarde levert aan klanten. Collega's komen bij jou langs voor hoe-vragen over agents en LLMs. Je weet precies waar jouw werk het verschil maakt.
