Responsável por realizar o atendimento de primeiro nível aos alunos da Engehall, prestando suporte em dúvidas operacionais, orientações básicas sobre a jornada do curso e triagem para especialistas, garantindo agilidade, clareza e cordialidade no relacionamento.

Atendimento de primeiro nível ao aluno: Responder dúvidas frequentes e operacionais (acesso, certificados, prazos, uso da plataforma), com base em scripts e orientações pré-definidas e pré-venda. Encaminhamento qualificado de demandas técnicas: Identificar demandas que exigem orientação técnica especializada e direcionar corretamente para o Especialista Técnico ou área responsável. Registro e categorização de atendimentos realizados: Atualizar o sistema com histórico de interações, tipo de dúvida e status da solicitação para garantir rastreabilidade e melhoria contínua. Orientação sobre a jornada educacional e uso da plataforma: Ajudar o aluno a entender o cronograma, os recursos disponíveis, o acesso aos materiais e a conclusão de atividades obrigatórias. Atualização e manutenção da base de conhecimento do atendimento: Sugerir melhorias em scripts, respostas padrão e materiais de autoatendimento com base nas dúvidas mais recorrentes.

Atendimento ao cliente via chat, e-mail ou sistema de chamados Navegação em plataforma EAD Registro de chamados ou tickets

Boa comunicação, facilidade para lidar com pessoas online e equipe, agilidade de digitação e facilidade com tecnologia. Noções de vendas online será diferencial.
