📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Binnen een overheidsproject dat wordt uitgebreid met thema's rond bodemverontreiniging en grondverzet neemt de technische complexiteit toe. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische werking van het project en de samenwerking met de groeiende IT-teams en partnerorganisaties goed wordt aangestuurd.

  • Je neemt de technische leiding en bewaakt alle technische aspecten van de ontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Je maakt technische ontwerpen en stuurt technische ontwerpers aan.
  • Je leidt en coacht een ontwikkelteam van maximaal vijf ontwikkelaars.
  • Je voert programmeeropdrachten zelfstandig uit en begeleidt de uitvoering ervan, van coderen en testen tot debuggen.
  • Je introduceert en leidt de Agile ontwikkelingsmethodiek binnen ontwikkelprojecten.
  • Je past relevante ITIL-basisprocessen toe, waaronder configuratiebeheer en wijzigingsbeheer.
  • Je hanteert projectbeheerstechnieken en tools voor onder meer risico- en issuebeheer.
  • Je werkt mee aan timing, coördinatie, planning en schattingen binnen projecten.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau in een technische, engineering- of bedrijfseconomische richting.
  • Je hebt een aantoonbare opleiding met certificering, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, in programmeertalen en ontwikkelomgevingen zoals .NET (C#), Java/J2EE of PHP.
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met de relevante programmeertaal of verwante omgevingen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in ontwikkelingsprojecten, waarvan minstens 5 jaar als technisch designer en als verantwoordelijke voor alle technische aspecten van projecten met een totaalbudget van meer dan 250.000 EUR.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met grote bedrijfskritische toepassingen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig technische ontwerpen uitwerken en technische ontwerpers aansturen en coachen.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden en ervaring met teamwork en projectgericht werken.
  • Je kunt programmeren, testen en debuggen op een zeer hoog niveau.
  • Je hebt expertkennis van versiebeheer, bijvoorbeeld Subversion, testing- en codeprofilingtools en tools voor issuebeheer, zoals Atlassian Jira.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van objectgeoriënteerde analyse en ontwerp en van UML.
  • Je hebt ervaring met PostgreSQL en PostGIS, Geomajas en GWT.
  • Je hebt kennis van CSS, HTML, JavaScript en Java.
  • Je hebt ervaring met JPA (Hibernate) en het Spring Framework.
  • Je kunt werken met Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bamboo en Crucible.
  • Je kent de Agile ontwikkelingsmethodiek en kunt deze toepassen, introduceren en leiden.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van ITIL en kunt de relevante basisprocessen toepassen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de publieke sector en met het domein bodem en ondergrond.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
