Job Description

Come Expert Cyber Security Architect sarai inserito all’interno della struttura di Global Cyber Security, e contribuirai alla definizione e realizzazione della strategia evolutiva di medio-lungo periodo in ambito Cyber Security, con un focus crescente sulle tematiche di Artificial Intelligence e protezione dei sistemi AI-based.

La trasformazione digitale e l’adozione sempre più diffusa di soluzioni basate su Artificial Intelligence (AI) e Generative AI rappresentano fattori chiave del successo di Eni.

Le persone inserite in questo ambito lavorano in team inter-funzionali di eccellenza, contribuendo allo sviluppo di strumenti tecnologici avanzati per supportare un business sempre più data-driven e AI-enabled.

Avrai l’opportunità di sviluppare competenze strategiche nella protezione di sistemi complessi e innovativi, contribuendo attivamente all’evoluzione della sicurezza aziendale.

Attività principali:

  • Contribuire all’introduzione di nuove misure tecnologiche di sicurezza, incluse soluzioni per la protezione di sistemi AI/ML e piattaforme dati
  • Curare gli aspetti di scouting, valutazione e integrazione di soluzioni di cyber security e AI security nell’architettura Eni
  • Partecipare alle attività di pianificazione, progettazione ed implementazione dell’architettura dei sistemi informatici, includendo componenti AI-enabled
  • Supportare lo sviluppo di una AI Security Strategy, in coerenza con il framework di cyber security e i requisiti normativi (es. NIS2, AI Act)
  • Identificare rischi emergenti legati all’utilizzo di Machine Learning, Generative AI e modelli predittivi (es. data poisoning, model evasion, prompt injection)
  • Definire requisiti di sicurezza trasversali per infrastrutture, applicazioni e pipeline di sviluppo AI (ML lifecycle)
  • Supportare l’adozione di principi di Security by Design e AI by Design, integrando sicurezza e governance nei processi di sviluppo
  • Contribuire alla definizione di controlli di AI governance, inclusi aspetti di: qualità e sicurezza del dato explainability e accountability dei modelli gestione dei rischi etici e di compliance
  • Supportare attività di AI threat modeling e valutazione del rischio su use case AI
  • Predisporre e aggiornare policy, standard e linee guida in ambito: Cyber Security AI Security e utilizzo sicuro della Generative AI
  • Favorire la crescita del team specialistico, promuovendo knowledge sharing su tematiche emergenti (AI, GenAI, cyber resilience)

Caratteristiche richieste:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica; potranno essere valutati anche altri percorsi di studio a fronte di significativa esperienza nel ruolo
  • Esperienza di almeno tre anni in strutture di cyber security
  • Conoscenza di principali framework e standard di sicurezza (es. NIST, ISO 27001) e principi di cloud security e security architecture
  • Familiarità, anche progettuale, con ecosistemi AI/ML e data platforms, rischi e vulnerabilità dei sistemi AI (es. adversarial ML, model risk) e concetti di MLOps/DevSecOps
  • Conoscenza di normative e best practice emergenti su AI governance (es. AI Act UE) e cybersecurity regolata (es. NIS2)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Completano il profilo:

  • certificazioni in ambito cyber security e cloud
  • esperienza in progetti AI/GenAI o data-driven
  • conoscenze di AI security o sicurezza del ciclo di vita dei modelli
