Job Description

Come Expert Renewables Projects Planner farai parte di Eni Plenitude Renewables Italy S.p.A. in particolare, del team di Project Service che assicura le attività di planning, cost control e contract administration di tutti i progetti rinnovabili nella fase di execution.

Nell’ambito della realizzazione della pipeline di progetti previsti in Italia nel piano industriale di Plenitude (circa 1500 MW di capacità installata), la risorsa dovrà assicurare le attività principale di seguito descritte.

Attività principali:

  • Sviluppare e aggiornare le schedule di progetto durante tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita dell'iniziativa
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento delle attività di progettazione, procurement, permitting, construction e commissioning attraverso l'aggiornamento periodico degli actual
  • Analizzare gli scostamenti rispetto alle baseline approvate, identificandone le cause e valutandone gli impatti sul percorso critico del progetto.
  • Effettuare analisi del critical path, dei float e delle performance di pianificazione, proponendo eventuali azioni correttive
  • Interfaccia quotidiana con Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Team, Engineering, Procurement e Contractor, al fine di garantire un programma di progetto aggiornato, coerente e affidabile
  • Sviluppare e monitorare KPI di progetto e di portafoglio a supporto del management
  • Predisporre reportistica periodica sullo stato di avanzamento del portafoglio progetti.

Caratteristiche richieste:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Economia; potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli e ambiti di studio differenti a fronte di un’esperienza significativa nel ruolo
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, in particolare nella pianificazione di progetti maturata su progetti EPC, in particolare in ambito rinnovabili
  • Ottima padronanza di Primavera P6 e Microsoft Project e Pacchetto Office
  • Conoscenza avanzata delle tecniche di Schedule Control, Critical Path Method (CPM), analisi dei float e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
