Job title: Ingénieur Technico-Commercial Senior Location: Levallois-Perret, Hauts-de-Seine, France Job reference #: 34105 Contract type: Permanent Language requirements: French (native-level or C2) and English (intermediate)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join ENERA CONSEIL S.A.S. in Levallois-Perret. You will be responsible for driving business development and promoting ENERA’s solutions to residential property managers and commercial-sector clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, including email, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification meetings with prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial proposals.
  • Participate in client and supplier events.
  • Maintain a commercial presence throughout project delivery.
  • Develop and grow existing client accounts.
  • Secure new contracts.

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least five years’ commercial experience within the residential property management sector, for example with a heating services or building operations company.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of building energy performance and related energy challenges.
  • Confidence and a proactive approach to contacting prospective clients by phone.
