Wenn im Finance-Bereich kurzfristig Kapazität oder erfahrene operative Unterstützung fehlt, braucht es Menschen, die schnell Verantwortung übernehmen, sich in bestehende Strukturen einarbeiten und dafür sorgen, dass das Accounting zuverlässig läuft.

Für aktuelle und zukünftige Mandate bei mittelständischen Unternehmen bauen wir unser enomyc Interim Network gezielt weiter aus und suchen erfahrene Bilanzbuchhalter:innen und Accounting Manager:innen für projektbezogene Einsätze bei unseren Mandanten.

Deine möglichen Mandate

  • Operative Verantwortung im Accounting und Rechnungswesen
  • Erstellung bzw. Unterstützung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für Hauptbuch und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Klärung offener Posten und Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung verlässlicher Finanzdaten für Controlling, Geschäftsführung und Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Stabilisierung und Optimierung bestehender Accounting-Prozesse und Abschlussroutinen
  • Unterstützung bei Rückständen, Sonderprojekten oder temporären personellen Engpässen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und internen Finance-Teams
  • je nach Mandat Unterstützung bei der Professionalisierung oder Transformation der Finance-Funktion

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung bzw. im Accounting, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, Hauptbuch sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • nachweisbare Erfahrung im deutschen Mittelstand
  • hohe operative Sicherheit und die Bereitschaft, selbst hands-on im Accounting zu arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, dich schnell in bestehende Buchhaltungsprozesse und Unternehmensstrukturen einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP- und Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen, z. B. SAP, DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in Transformations- oder Restrukturierungssituationen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu einer substanziellen Vor-Ort-Präsenz beim Mandanten
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • projektbezogene Verfügbarkeit als selbstständige:r Interim Manager:in
