Gerade in Transformations- und Performance-Situationen entscheidet ein leistungsfähiger Einkauf unmittelbar über Ergebnis, Liquidität und operative Stabilität.

Für aktuelle und zukünftige Mandate bei mittelständischen Unternehmen bauen wir unser enomyc Interim Network gezielt weiter aus und suchen erfahrene Einkaufsleiter:innen und Senior Procurement Manager:innen, die nicht nur Konzepte entwickeln, sondern Einkauf operativ steuern, verhandeln und messbare Ergebnisse realisieren.

Als Interim Manager:in übernimmst du Verantwortung direkt beim Mandanten und arbeitest – je nach Projekt – eng mit unseren Partner:innen und Beratungsteams zusammen.

Deine möglichen Mandate

  • Operative Verantwortung für Einkauf und Beschaffung in Transformations-, Performance- und Sondersituationen
  • Analyse von Spend, Warengruppen, Lieferantenstrukturen und Beschaffungskosten
  • Identifikation und Realisierung konkreter Einspar- und Ergebnisverbesserungspotenziale
  • Vorbereitung und Führung anspruchsvoller Lieferanten- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Warengruppen- und Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Optimierung von Zahlungszielen, Beständen und weiteren Working-Capital-Hebeln
  • Stabilisierung kritischer Lieferantenbeziehungen und Sicherstellung der Versorgung
  • Optimierung von Einkaufsorganisation, Prozessen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbau von Transparenz über Preise, Mengen, Konditionen und Einsparmaßnahmen
  • konsequentes Tracking und Nachhalten vereinbarter Maßnahmen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Finance, Supply Chain und Geschäftsführung

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung als Einkaufsleiter:in, Head of Procurement, Senior Procurement Manager:in oder in vergleichbarer Verantwortung
  • fundierte Erfahrung im deutschen Mittelstand
  • nachweisbare Erfolge bei Einsparprogrammen, Lieferantenverhandlungen und Einkaufsoptimierungen
  • ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen, Working Capital und Ergebnishebel im Einkauf
  • Erfahrung in Transformations-, Performance- oder Restrukturierungssituationen ist von Vorteil
  • hohe analytische Kompetenz und gleichzeitig ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung in produzierenden bzw. industriellen Unternehmen ist von Vorteil
  • sicherer Umgang mit relevanten ERP-, Einkaufs- und Analysewerkzeugen
  • Bereitschaft zu einer substanziellen Vor-Ort-Präsenz beim Mandanten
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • projektbezogene Verfügbarkeit als selbstständige:r Interim Manager:in
