Deine Rolle

In deiner Rolle als IT Application Manager (all genders) stellst du einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicher und unterstützt unser Wachstum mit erstklassigen Prozessen und Tools. Du wirst Teil unseres IT-Operations-Teams, dessen Mission es ist, durch einen kundenorientierten und Automation-first-Ansatz Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen.

Du entwickelst Workflows für komplexe Geschäftsprozesse und verbesserst sie kontinuierlich und iterativ. Als Grundlage erwarten dich ein moderner Tech-Stack sowie der Freiraum, neue und innovative Lösungen auszuprobieren – mit einer steilen Lernkurve.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

  • Du verantwortest unsere Software- und Anwendungslandschaft, damit alle bei envelio so produktiv wie möglich arbeiten können – unabhängig davon, von wo sie sich einloggen.
  • Wir leben Automation first – du treibst die Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse auf Basis bewährter Verfahren und mit modernen Tools voran.
  • Du verknüpfst und automatisierst SaaS-Tools, indem du ihre APIs integrierst und Workflows entwickelst, die Datenflüsse und Geschäftsprozesse optimieren.
  • Du entwickelst und verbesserst kontinuierlich Automatisierungs-Workflows für komplexe Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Du wirkst im Helpdesk-Betrieb mit und bist Ansprechperson für deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Du arbeitest an IT-Projekten mit, zum Beispiel bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen und bei Migrationsprozessen.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, etwa im Application Management, als Integration Specialist oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Kollaborationstools wie Airtable und Skriptsprachen wie Python und Bash/Z Shell.
  • Du bist offen und daran interessiert, geeignete Anwendungsfälle für Künstliche Intelligenz zu identifizieren und KI sinnvoll im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen.
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte auf Englisch sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du besitzt Unternehmergeist und möchtest Prozesse, Tools und Strukturen kontinuierlich optimieren und neu gestalten.
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen, flexibel und arbeitest gerne in einem Team mit unterschiedlichen Verantwortungsbereichen.
  • Für diese Rolle sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) erforderlich.
