Deine Rolle

Als Teil unseres Sales- und Business-Development-Teams nimmst du direkten Einfluss auf das Wachstum von envelio. Deine Aufgabe ist es, neue Projekte für unser Produkt, die Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP), zu entwickeln und Netzbetreiber als zufriedene und langfristige Nutzer zu gewinnen. Innerhalb des Teams legen wir großen Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit sowie Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung.

Als Senior Sales Consultant Smart Grids (all genders) bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Pflege und den Ausbau der Beziehungen zu unseren Großkunden in der DACH-Region.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

  • Du entwickelst und pflegst starke, langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Schlüsselkunden in der DACH-Region
  • Du entwickelst strategische Account-Pläne, um Vertriebs- und Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien, um wertvolle Neukunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Accounts durch Cross-Selling oder Upselling neuer Features, Projekte oder Anwendungen auszubauen
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, von der Identifikation von Opportunities über die Durchführung von Präsentationen, bis hin zur Erstellung von Angeboten und der Verhandlung von Verträgen
  • Du identifizierst neue Kundenanforderungen und unterstützt die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkt- und Lösungsportfolios
  • Du gibst bei Ausschreibungen die strategische Richtung vor und sorgst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bid Manager und Sales Manager dafür, dass wir überzeugende Antworten abgeben
  • Du bist Technology-Sparringspartner beim Kunden: Du deckst Pain Points auf, matchst sie auf unser IGP-Portfolio und treibst neue Use Cases voran
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, darunter Marketing, Customer Success und Produktentwicklung, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Technologiemanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium abgeschlossen
  • Du hast eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz als Key Account Manager, Sales Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Energiesektor
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes strategisches Gespür und verstehst es, in komplexen Kundenorganisationen zielgerichtet vorzugehen, Chancen zu erkennen und relevante Stakeholder zusammenzubringen
  • Du bist ein starker Kommunikator, trittst souverän auf und bringst lösungsorientiertes „Hands-on"-Denken mit
  • Du verstehst dich als Teamplayer und unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen jederzeit, um das gemeinsame Ziel zu erreichen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest gerne selbstständig
