Om oss

Inom avdelningen Anslutning är vi 40 kollegor fördelade på tre grupper som tillsammans ansvarar för nyanslutningar till elnätet och förändringar i befintliga kundanläggningar. Vårt uppdrag är att möjliggöra anslutningar av både konsumtion och produktion till elnätet för såväl privatpersoner som mindre och större företag. Vi hanterar allt från anslutningar i lågspänningsnätet till olika typer av produktionsanläggningar.

Din roll

Som anslutningstekniker hanterar du både enklare och mer komplexa anslutningsärenden. Rollen är teknisk och administrativ med många kontaktytor. Fokus ligger på tekniska bedömningar, planering och samordning, samtidigt som du har en viktig roll i dialogen med kunder och samarbetspartners. Du följer anslutningsärenden genom hela processen, från inkommande förfrågningar till färdig lösning, medan det praktiska arbetet utförs av våra entreprenörer.

Du arbetar bland annat med att:

  • bedöma anmälningar och förstå vad respektive anslutning innebär
  • hantera standardiserade och mer avancerade anslutningsärenden
  • tolka huvudlinjescheman, servisscheman, enlinjescheman och annan teknisk dokumentation
  • ha dialog med installatörer, entreprenörer, kunder och interna funktioner
  • arbeta i administrativa system och hantera information kopplad till anslutningsprojekt
  • ge service och stöd till kunder och samarbetspartners

Dina erfarenheter

Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis elteknik, elkraft eller energisystem. Du kan också ha en praktisk bakgrund som elektriker, distributionselektriker eller installatör som nu stävar mot en administrativ roll.

Vi söker dig som trivs i en roll där teknik, administration och kundkontakt möts. God datorvana och förmåga att arbeta i olika administrativa system är viktigt, liksom ett serviceinriktat förhållningssätt. Kunskap om eldistribution eller lokalnät samt förståelse för elnätsritningar och teknisk dokumentation är meriterande. Har du arbetat i SAP, DP Power, Excel eller Outlook tidigare är det en fördel.

Rollen passar dig som uppskattar att ta eget ansvar och driva ditt arbete framåt. Du trivs med att samarbeta med andra, delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i kontakten med både kunder och kollegor
