Als Experte (m/w/d) E-Learning Konzeption und Implementierung entwickelst du moderne Lernlösungen für den Vertrieb, gestaltest zukunftsfähige Lernformate und sorgst dafür, dass Wissen nachhaltig vermittelt wird. Von der ersten Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle begleitest du den gesamten Lernprozess und bringst deine Kreativität, Didaktik und methodische Expertise aktiv ein.

Die Position ist vorerst für 12 Monate befristet. Wir freuen uns auf deine Online-Bewerbung.

Du bringst Energie in Bewegung – nah an Menschen, nah am Alltag.

  • Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst digitale und analoge Lernformate sowie Trainingsunterlagen und berücksichtigst dabei didaktische, methodische, technische und visuelle Anforderungen ebenso wie die Unternehmensziele im Vertrieb.
  • Du entwickelst Standards für unterschiedliche Lernformate weiter, konzipierst neue digitale Lernlösungen und gestaltest eine zukunftsfähige und effiziente Lernumgebung aktiv mit.
  • Du erstellst Wissenstests, Teilnehmerbefragungen und Evaluationen, wertest die Ergebnisse aus und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Lerninhalten und Lernformaten ab.
  • Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Prozesse zur Entwicklung von Lernformaten, bringst fachliches Feedback in Produktentwicklungen ein und stellst einen professionellen Know-how-Transfer innerhalb der Organisation sicher.
  • Du führst Schulungsmaßnahmen, Train-the-Trainer- und Overhead-Formate durch, unterstützt Anläufe und verantwortest die Organisation sowie Administration von Lerneinheiten in den Learning-Management-Systemen SABA und Elefun.
  • Du entwickelst Leitfäden für Skill-Ausbildungen und Sonderthemen weiter, bildest E-Learning-Autoren unserer Servicepartner aus, coachst und führst diese fachlich und übernimmst darüber hinaus eigenständig Sonderaufgaben.

Du stehst für Teamgeist, Tatkraft und Rückhalt.

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du besitzt didaktische und methodische Kompetenzen sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung und hast Freude daran, Wissen zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit E-Learning-Autorentools, insbesondere Producer, sowie mit Grafikprogrammen mit und verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Learning-Management-Systemen, bevorzugt SABA.
  • Du verfügst über branchen- oder projektspezifische Kenntnisse, beispielsweise im Bereich Texting, Call Center oder Projektmanagement, und bewegst dich sicher in digitalen Lern- und Arbeitsumgebungen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und prozessorientierten IT-Systemen; eine Sprecherausbildung ist darüber hinaus willkommen
  • Du überzeugst durch Teamgeist, Kreativität, Umsetzungsstärke, Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (min. Level B2), einen Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft mit.
