Die Position ist befristet auf 2 Jahre.

Eine Aufgabe, die Dich herausfordert:

  • Abrechnungsqualität: Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team stellst Du im Netznutzungsmanagement die operative und korrekte Abrechnung für Privat- und Gewerbekund*innen sicher.
  • Prozessgestaltung: Du entwickelst bestehende Abläufe operativ weiter, treibst Automatisierung und Digitalisierung voran und setzt Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität um.
  • Systemoptimierung: Du testest Systemänderungen und -neuerungen, identifizierst und analysierst Systemfehler und treibst passende Lösungen voran.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Bereichen zusammen und analysierst bereichsübergreifende Prozesse mit dem Ziel, diese nachhaltig zu optimieren.
  • Datenbasierte Verbesserung: Du erhebst, strukturierst und analysierst Daten, leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung und -behebung ab und setzt diese konsequent um.

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Branchen- und Prozesswissen: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft und in der Prozessoptimierung mit.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du gehst Themen proaktiv an, übernimmst Verantwortung und überzeugst mit Organisations- und Planungsgeschick.
  • Lösungsorientierung: Du erfasst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell, denkst analytisch und prozessorientiert und gehst strukturiert an Lösungen heran.
  • Digitale Affinität: Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit SAP-Systemen im energiewirtschaftlichen Umfeld und begeisterst Dich für digitale Lösungen im Kontext der Energiewende.
