Para fortalecer nosso Departamento Financeiro, estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro que queira fazer parte dessa jornada. Sob a supervisão da Gerência Administrativa, você vai atuar com autonomia e iniciativa em toda a trajetória financeira do cliente, da assinatura do contrato até o momento de receber as chaves, além de apoiar os controles e rotinas do setor.

Aqui, o seu trabalho garante processos organizados, confiáveis e eficientes, e contribui diretamente para a experiência positiva dos nossos clientes e para a solidez da Equilíbrio.

Principais Atividades:

  • Atendimento a clientes e proprietários durante a compra e o pós-venda, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre documentação, valores em aberto e demais informações do imóvel.
  • Cadastro e gestão no TOTVS de contratos de compra e venda, rescisões, aditivos e alterações contratuais (renegociações, índices de correção, troca de unidade ou comprador e alteração de vencimento).
  • Cadastro de clientes e contas contábeis no TOTVS e no Mobuss, além do envio de e-mail de boas-vindas aos novos proprietários.
  • Atualização mensal dos índices de correção para emissão de boletos e extratos para escritura e financiamento.
  • Emissão e envio de boletos, memórias de cálculo, recibos, extratos e termos de quitação.
  • Tratamento diário de retornos bancários, baixa de recebimentos e acompanhamento de títulos e vencimentos.
  • Cobrança e negociação com clientes inadimplentes.
  • Conciliação de contas correntes e investimentos e controle do caixa financeiro.
  • Acompanhamento dos processos de financiamento bancário junto a bancos e correspondentes, desde o envio de documentos até a liberação dos valores.
  • Liberação financeira no Mobuss para a entrega das chaves.
  • Controle mensal de recebimentos e repasses a investidores, Plano Empresário e SCP.
  • Geração e envio anual da DIMOB e conferência de guias de impostos sobre receitas de vendas e aplicações.
  • Acompanhamento do fluxo de pagamentos até a liberação pela Diretoria, com organização e arquivo dos documentos.
  • Lançamentos de folha de pagamento e retiradas dos sócios no TOTVS, abertura de contas salário e envio dos arquivos de pagamento.
  • Elaboração de procedimentos e identificação de melhorias nos processos do Departamento Financeiro.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Habilidade com cálculos e senso de organização.
  • Noções de informática e conhecimento em Excel.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com TOTVS.
  • Vivência no mercado imobiliário ou na construção civil, especialmente com financiamento bancário.
