We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Operations Administator to join our Jersey office on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a key role at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, facilities, and administrative support.
Acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated office environment while supporting senior management and contributing to operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a broad and varied remit across office operations, facilities and team support:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations, ensuring a high standard of administrative and operational support
- Manage facilities and office services, including liaising with landlords and external service providers
- Coordinate filing, post, archiving and records management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and board materials, including budget-related information
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company processes
- Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are adhered to, including fire evacuation procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Support operational and business projects, working closely with senior leadership
- Act as a key holder for the office

- Proven experience in an operations, office management, or administrative role within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of accountability
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems
Desirable
- Experience in a fiduciary, financial services, or multi-jurisdictional environment
- Knowledge of facilities management or health & safety practices
