CHEF D’ATELIER CARROSSERIE AUTOMOBILES ADJOINT H/F

Dans l’atelier carrosserie de cette entreprise, vous serez chargé de seconder le chef d'atelier dans l’organisation de la production des réparations, du management des carrossiers et des peintres et du suivi de la qualité des travaux avant restitution des véhicules aux clients.

Vous suivez une partie des relations avec les experts, de la photo expertise, de la distribution et du suivi des travaux ainsi que facturation. Vous produisez vous-même parfois certaines réparations simples en débordement.

De formation ou d’expérience, vous êtes carrossier peintre. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre savoir-faire technique et la qualité de vos réalisations. Vous souhaitez animer une équipe jeune à taille humaine, recruter et former les nouveaux pour constituer une équipe stable et performante.

Vous bénéficiez d’outils de travail récents dans un environnement agréable. Vous avez le goût du service à la clientèle et le souci de la rentabilité.
