Un distributeur de plusieurs marques recrute pour son activité transversale de ventes de véhicules d'occasions un /e

RESPONSABLE VO H/F

Vous développez les ventes sur un parc VO orienté aussi bien vers les marques classiques européenne que vers le Haut de Gamme avec équipe à taille humaine, vous disposez d'une exposition permanente de véhicules de tous âges. Vous proposez vos achats et réalisez les transactions extérieures en accord avec le dirigeant au fur et à mesure des réalisations et des demandes.

Votre mission sera de développer le trafic, animer la vente et traiter vous-même en débordement et optimiser les transactions d'achat issues du VN des différents sites. Vous fidéliserez une clientèle de décideurs et de VIP locaux et régionaux, vous organisez et participez à la gestion des leads, vous gérez vos reprises et celles des activités VN voisines, vous proposez votre budget et suivez les résultats de votre centre de profit.

Vous disposez de moyens réels pour acquérir les véhicules des segments phares et tendances du marché 2024.

Par le relationnel local que vous développerez et votre activité commerciale, vous exploitez la communication et le marketing de l'entreprise ainsi que les outils CRM et bureautiques les plus récents à votre disposition.

Vous êtes responsable VO ou vendeur automobile avec une expérience significative de l'occasion. Vous aimez les voitures, vous souhaitez booster votre carrière à un poste valorisant. Vous bénéficierez d'un CDI, d'une rémunération très attractive non plafonnée constituée d'un fixe + primes sur résultats et d'un minimum garanti pendant votre intégration.
