Un groupe de distribution automobile régional recrute un /une :

DIRECTEUR DE CONCESSION AUTOMOBILE H/F

Vous animerez la réalisation des ventes de voiture et de services. Avec vos équipes commerciales et après-vente, vous boostez le développement du commerce local auprès des particuliers et des entreprises. Vous fidélisez aux services de l'entreprise. Vous suivez les investissements de votre périmètre et proposez vos budgets.

Vous accompagnerez vos collaborateurs et chefs de services selon la politique du groupe et des marques. Votre mission de directeur consiste principalement à aider le développement de la performance de vos collaborateurs, suivre les indices qualité et piloter l'atteinte des objectifs en volumes, marges dans le respect des standards du constructeur.

Vous bénéficiez de toutes les fonctions supports utiles à vos activités, comptabilité, RH, Marketing, PR. Elles sont centralisées et partagées avec les autres affaires du groupe. Vous bénéficiez également d'un accompagnement permettant la mise en œuvre de synergies optimisées dans chaque métier.

Ce poste de qualité s'adresse à un candidat justifiant dune première expérience de manager automobile VN VO PR ou APV. Tourné vers le commerce et la fidélisation du client vous êtes sensible aux nouvelles technologies et au nouveaux moyens de communication.
