Un groupe de distribution automobile recrute pour une concession de 600 VN VO un /une :

DIRECTEUR DE CONCESSION AUTOMOBILE H/F

Vous animerez la réalisation des ventes de voiture et de services. Avec vos équipes commerciales et après-vente, vous boostez le développement du commerce local auprès des particuliers et des entreprises. Vous fidélisez aux services de l’entreprise. Vous suivez les investissements de votre périmètre et proposez vos budgets.

Vous accompagnerez vos collaborateurs selon la politique du groupe et de la marque. Votre mission de directeur consiste principalement à aider le développement de la performance de vos chefs de services et de vos collaborateurs, suivre les indices qualité et piloter l’atteinte des objectifs en volumes, en marges et animer l’applications et le maintien des standards du constructeur et de votre marque employeur.

Vous partagez les fonctions supports utiles à vos activités (comptabilité et RH) avec les autres affaires du groupe basées sur la ville.

Ce poste de qualité s’adresse à un candidat justifiant d’une première expérience de manager automobile VN VO PR ou APV. Tourné vers le commerce et la fidélisation du client vous êtes sensible aux nouvelles technologies et au nouveaux moyens de communication.
