Un distributeur automobile de marque premium recrute pour son activité de ventes de véhicules neuf et d’occasion un/une

VENDEUR AUTOMOBILE H/F

Le poste comprend la présentation des véhicules aux clients, la réponse aux questions, la vente du nouveau véhicule et la reprise de l’ancien. Vous proposez aussi des solutions de financements et des services pour faciliter l’acquisition et l’utilisation du produit. Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome ou collaborer avec vos collègues des autres services pour atteindre vos objectifs de vente, l’objectif commun et la satisfaction des clients.

Vous savez communiquer dans un environnement concurrentiel et motiver un prospect à l’achat. Vous êtes capable de convaincre positivement. Vous êtes à l’aise avec la communication écrite et les outils bureautiques. Vous êtes diplômé de l’enseignement secondaire ou de l’enseignement supérieur ou d’une formation commerciale automobile type CQP ou équivalent.

Une expérience significative de l’automobile serait appréciée et sera privilégiée mais l’entreprise précise qu’elle pourrait retenir des commerciaux extérieurs à la profession pour les former aux outils de sa marque et de ses fournisseurs. Dans ce dernier cas c’est votre tempérament commerçant, votre motivation à rejoindre un secteur qui vous passionne et vos qualités humaines qui feront la différence.

L’entreprise offre dès votre intégration un CDI, un salaire fixe et des commissions non plafonnées, un minimum garanti et des avantages sociaux une voiture, ainsi que des opportunités carrières dans l’entreprise et des formations continues aux nouveaux outils et produits.
