Dann bist Du als Account Manager (m/w/d) / Sales Manager für Workwear genau richtig bei uns! Deine Aufgaben

  • In dieser Position bist Du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Workwearteams: Du verantwortest sowohl die Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten als auch den aktiven Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms – von der Beratung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Dabei begeisterst, betreust und entwickelst Du Neu- und Bestandskunden, identifizierst Potenziale für neue Projekte und wirkst aktiv an der Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads mit.
  • Durch Deine kundenorientierte und proaktive Art bindest Du Kunden langfristig und baust diese mit unserem Lösungs- und Serviceportfolio erfolgreich aus.
  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Angebote und hältst diese proaktiv nach.
  • Deine Umsatz-, Margen- und Wachstumsziele hast Du eigenverantwortlich im Blick.

Dein Profil

  • Ob Studium, Ausbildung oder Quereinstieg - Hauptsache Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Sales und Vertrieb von Arbeitskleidung oder PSA.
  • Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und überzeugst durch Deine aufgeschlossene und proaktive Art.
  • Dich zeichnen deine Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Denkweise aus, außerdem bist Du ein echter Teamplayer.
  • Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation und arbeitest gern selbständig.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein Klasse B setzen wir voraus.
