📍 Córdoba Capital | Modalidad híbrida (4x1) | Jornada Full Time

En ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Analistas Sr. de Back Office de Inversiones para incorporarse a una importante entidad financiera.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en Fondos Comunes de Inversión y/o Mercado de Capitales, que puedan asegurar la correcta gestión operativa de las inversiones, combinando una sólida mirada de control, análisis y gestión de riesgos con una fuerte orientación hacia la mejora y automatización de procesos.

Principales desafíos:

  • Gestionar y controlar procesos vinculados a la registración, suscripción, rescate, liquidación, compensación, custodia y administración de operaciones, según la operatoria correspondiente.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de posiciones, tenencias, cuotapartes, movimientos, saldos y cuentas operativas.
  • Ejecutar controles operativos y regulatorios, asegurando la integridad, consistencia y calidad de la información.
  • Elaborar y controlar reportes de gestión, regulatorios y regímenes informativos.
  • Interactuar con diferentes participantes del mercado y organismos de control: Sociedades Gerentes y Depositarias, ALyCs, Caja de Valores, BYMA, MAE, CNV, custodios y contrapartes, entre otros.
  • Analizar diferencias e incidentes operativos, identificar riesgos y contribuir a su resolución.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora, simplificación y automatización de procesos.
  • Participar en proyectos de transformación digital, implementación de sistemas y optimización operativa.
  • Desarrollar y monitorear indicadores, métricas y tableros de gestión.

Requisitos

Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales graduados/as de Ciencias Económicas, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en Back Office, Middle Office, Operaciones o Administración de Inversiones/Mercado de Capitales en bancos, entidades financieras, ALyCs u organizaciones vinculadas al mercado.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de liquidación, conciliación, registración y control de operaciones financieras.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa aplicable y experiencia vinculada a controles y/o regímenes informativos regulatorios.
  • Experiencia con sistemas de administración de FCI o de operaciones de Mercado de Capitales.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y conocimientos de herramientas de análisis de datos y automatización de procesos.
  • Idoneidad CNV (deseable).
