📍 Ubicaciones: Tucumán (NOA) y Corrientes (NEA) | 🕒 Jornada: Full Time | 🏢 Modalidad: Presencial

En ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Ejecutivos Comerciales Sr. para incorporarse a una importante empresa de consumo masivo con fuerte presencia en el mercado.

Principales desafíos:

  • Potenciar el desarrollo comercial de la zona asignada, impulsando el cumplimiento de objetivos y el crecimiento sostenido del negocio.
  • Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, con foco en distribuidores, mayoristas y puntos de venta de alto volumen.
  • Garantizar una excelente ejecución en el punto de venta, fortaleciendo la presencia y visibilidad de las marcas mediante acciones comerciales, material POP y equipamiento de frío.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con distribuidores y subdistribuidores para maximizar resultados y potenciar el desarrollo de mercado.
  • Analizar indicadores comerciales y elaborar reportes que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos

Qué necesitas?

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones comerciales en empresas de consumo masivo, distribuidores o canales de venta indirecta.
  • Formación (deseable) en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Marketing o carreras afines (graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a).
  • Manejo de Excel Avanzado y herramientas de CRM.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región asignada.
  • Contar con movilidad propia y licencia de conducir vigente.
