Vous serez directement embauché par notre entreprise adhérente en CDI temps plein à Mulhouse.

En tant que Chargé de clientèle, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des entreprises, associations et particuliers souhaitant organiser un événement au sein de la structure.

Vous assurerez la commercialisation des espaces, accompagnerez les clients de leur première demande jusqu'à la facturation, développerez une relation de confiance favorisant leur fidélisation et contribuerez au rayonnement du site auprès des acteurs économiques et associatifs.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

AXE 1 – Gestion de la relation client et administration des locations

  • Accompagner le client de A à Z avec l’outil de travail ODOO
  • Accueillir, renseigner et qualifier les demandes
  • Comprendre les besoins et conseiller la salle la plus adaptée
  • Élaborer les devis et propositions commerciales
  • Assurer les relances commerciales
  • Organiser les prestations complémentaires (restauration, matériel audiovisuel, mobilier, technique, signalétique…)
  • Établir les conventions de location
  • Planifier les réservations
  • Assurer le suivi administratif du dossier jusqu'à la facturation
  • Encaisser les règlements
  • Gérer les éventuels litiges ou demandes particulières

AXE 2 – Gestion du planning et coordination

  • Construire un planning cohérent des différentes occupations du site
  • Veiller à optimiser le taux d'occupation des salles
  • Coordonner les besoins avec les différents intervenants
  • Garantir la disponibilité des équipements
  • Préparer chaque événement avec les équipes concernées
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des manifestations

AXE 3 – Développement de la clientèle

  • Développer l'activité de location des espaces auprès de nouveaux publics, pour créer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients fidèles revenant régulièrement sur le site : entreprises, organismes de formation, associations, collectivités, cabinets de recrutement, réseaux professionnels, établissements scolaires, acteurs de l'économie sociale et solidaire.
  • Afin de développer les locations en semaine et le week-end, en journée comme en soirée pour tous types d’évènements : formations, séminaires, réunions d'équipe, conférences, assemblées générales, job dating, forums emploi, ateliers, réunions de réseau, journées d'étude, conférences de presse, cocktails, événements associatifs, événements familiaux…

Jusqu'à la fin de l'année 2026, la priorité sera de structurer le poste, de reprendre la planification déjà engagée, de se familiariser avec les outils de travail et de partager une vision commune avec l'équipe de direction ainsi qu'avec les nombreux bénévoles, très investis lors des événements.

À compter de 2027, une feuille de route sera définie avec des objectifs chiffrés, afin d'accompagner le développement commercial, d'optimiser le taux d'occupation des espaces et de fidéliser la clientèle.

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Bac +2 à Bac +3 en commerce, événementiel, gestion de projet ou développement commercial
  • Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Appétence pour le BtoB
