Vous deviendrez un acteur clé de la performance financière de l’entreprise, en accompagnant la direction dans ses choix stratégiques et opérationnels. À travers l’analyse, le pilotage budgétaire et le reporting, vous apporterez un véritable soutien à la décision et contribuerez à la réussite des projets, en particulier dans un environnement industriel exigeant.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

En tant que Contrôleur de Gestion, vous aurez pour mission de structurer et piloter la performance économique de la société, avec une forte dimension d’analyse et de coordination entre les services :

1/ Accompagnement stratégique et opérationnel

  • Participation aux comités projets et aux comités de crédit.
  • Préparation des revues d’affaires, suivi de la performance (avancement, dérives, cash).
  • Implication directe dans la définition de la stratégie financière, aux côtés du Comité de Direction.

2/ Construction budgétaire et suivi

  • Élaboration des budgets, reprévisions, business plans, en lien avec la direction.
  • Analyse des écarts entre réalisé et prévisionnel, mise en œuvre d’actions correctives.
  • Contrôle budgétaire auprès des chefs de service, et accompagnement à la lecture des résultats.

3/ Pilotage des indicateurs et reportings

  • Création d’outils de pilotage et de tableaux de bord financiers et opérationnels.
  • Production de reportings mensuels intégrant des indicateurs financiers et non financiers.
  • Traduction des données en recommandations business compréhensibles pour les opérationnels.

4/ Suivi des flux et opérations spécifiques

  • Calcul et suivi des taux horaires, refacturations intercompagnies, conventions de prix de transfert.
  • Suivi du BFR, des investissements (CAPEX), des immobilisations.
  • Appui sur des projets internationaux complexes (ex : création de filiales à l’étranger).

5/ Respect des normes Groupe et QHSE

  • Veille au respect des règles internes, accompagnement dans leur mise en œuvre.
  • Participation aux démarches d’amélioration continue et de conformité.

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Formation : Bac+5 minimum en finance, contrôle de gestion ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire, dans un environnement industriel.
  • Langues : anglais courant exigé.
  • Compétences techniques : excellente maîtrise d’Excel (TCD, macros), SAP, PowerPoint.
