Vous serez embauché(e) en CDI à temps partiel à raison de 2 jours par semaine par GEBOSSE et mis(e) à disposition de notre entreprise adhérente, située à RIXHEIM (68). Vous aurez la possibilité de rester à temps partiel si cela vous convient ou de cumuler ce poste avec une autre activité.

Si vous souhaitez travailler à temps plein, vous pourrez également combiner ce poste avec un second projet proposé par GEBOSSE, dans le cadre d’un emploi à temps partagé. Cette flexibilité vous permettra d’adapter votre emploi du temps à vos besoins et à vos souhaits professionnels.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

Au sein d’une petite structure industrielle à taille humaine, le Comptable intervient en binôme afin d’assurer la fiabilité et la fluidité des opérations financières de l’entreprise. Véritable soutien opérationnel, il contribue à la bonne gestion administrative et comptable, en lien direct avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

Vos missions :

1/ Gestion des achats et opérations courantes :

  • Fiabiliser les achats
  • Saisir les commandes
  • Saisir les opérations bancaires
  • Gérer et contrôler les notes de frais

2/ Comptabilité fournisseurs :

  • Contrôler et valider les factures fournisseurs
  • Suivre les comptes fournisseurs
  • Préparer et suivre les paiements

3/ Comptabilité clients, obligations fiscales et comptabilité générale :

  • Réaliser les remises en factor
  • Suivre les comptes clients et les garanties
  • Relancer les clients
  • Valider les heures des intérimaires
  • Etablir les déclarations de TVA
  • Participer aux travaux de comptabilité générale (réviser les comptes, passer les écritures, contribuer aux clôtures)

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Formation en comptabilité ou gestion
  • Expérience de 5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise de SAP
  • Anglais ou Allemand écrit indispensable

  • Salaire mensuel brut pouvant aller jusqu’à 2 917,00 € selon expérience et degré d’autonomie pour un équivalent temps plein Tickets Restaurants : valeur 11,00 € (part salarié 4,40 € et part employeur 6,60 €)
